Brunch at Winkel 43 is a serious affair. Every Saturday morning, dozens of guests line up for our classics: warm croissants with almond paste, fresh acai bowls, poached eggs on sourdough bread, and our famous hollandaise sauce that we have been making the same way for years.\n\nBut the perfect brunch is about more than just the food. It’s the ritual: unfolding the morning paper, ordering a second cup of coffee without guilt, and watching the city slowly wake up through the café’s large window. No rush, no agenda — just enjoying the moment.\n\nOur tip: come early. From 9:30 AM it fills up, and the croissants are often sold out by noon. Reservations for brunch can be made via our website or you can just walk in — if you’re on time.
