Spring is just around the corner, and our drinks selection has been updated. Discover what's new on the menu.
After the workday is over and the sun hangs low over the canals, it is time for a drink. At Winkel 43, we have carefully assembled our boards with due attention: soft cheeses from small Dutch producers, cured sausage from the Ardennes, pickles in house-made brine, and crusty sourdough bread with unsalted butter.\n\nAlongside that, we serve a rotating selection of seasonal wines, curated by our regular wine supplier from Burgundy. In autumn, we go for full-bodied red wines with tannins and depth. In summer, we pour light rosés and crisp white wines that thrive on a sunny terrace.\n\nFeel free to ask our staff for advice — they know the menu by heart and are happy to help you find the perfect pairing.
